Darjeeling Industries Appoints New Director, Reconstitutes Committees

Darjeeling Industries Ltd held a Board of Directors meeting on September 3, 2026, approving the appointment of Mr. Nandish Shaileshbhai Jani as an Additional Non-Executive and Independent Director.
