Darjeeling Industries Shifts Registered Office to Gujarat

Darjeeling Industries Ltd has received approval from the Central Government, through the Regional Director, Western Region – I, to shift its registered office from Maharashtra to Gujarat. This decision, approved by the Board on July 28, 2025, and shareholders on August 19, 2025, is effective from September 2, 2026. The company's new registered and corporate office will be located at Krishna Complex, ARK 203, Nr. Suvidha Hospital, Uni. Road, Rajkot, Gujarat. The shift is stated to be for management convenience. The Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai, will be replaced by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli.
