Darshan Orna Ltd to Approve Q3 and Nine Months Results for 2025 in February Board Meeting

Darshan Orna Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 14, 2026, to consider and approve the Limited Review Report and Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The meeting will also address any other business as required with the permission of the Chair. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the company for Designated Persons, KMPs and their immediate relatives will close 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results.
