Data Patterns Announces 28th AGM and FY26 Annual Report

Data Patterns (India) Ltd has announced its 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for July 31, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. IST, to be conducted via Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM). The company has also released its Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26, which includes the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report. A remote e-voting facility will be available to members from July 28 to July 30, 2026, with a cut-off date of July 24, 2026, for e-voting entitlement. The dispatch of the AGM notice and Annual Report commenced on July 7, 2026, electronically to registered members.
