Datamatics Global Services to Acquire TNQ Tech for INR 336 Crores

Datamatics Global Services Limited has agreed to sign the Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 100% stake in TNQ Tech Private Limited, a Chennai based digital publishing technology and services company. The acquisition is subject to the fulfilment of various terms and conditions. The cost of acquisition is INR 336 Crores, with the first tranche of INR 336,00,00,000 payable on or before 31st December 2024. The acquisition will strengthen Datamatics' suite of AI-enabled technology and products, and establish it as one of the dominant service providers in the world of digital content.
