Datamatics: Rahul Kanodia Re-appointed as Vice-Chairman & CEO

Datamatics Global Services Ltd. has re-appointed Mr. Rahul Kanodia as a Whole-Time Director designated as Vice-Chairman & CEO for 5 years starting February 22, 2027. The board also approved the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, recommended a final dividend of ₹5 per share, and approved the amalgamation of Dextara Digital Private Limited and Datamatics Cloud Solutions Private Limited with Datamatics Global Services Limited. Additionally, the board approved the re-appointment of M/s. Ajmera & Ajmera as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27.
