Artificial Electronics Intelligent Material Ltd (formerly Datasoft Application Software (India) Limited) has issued a notice for its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Financial Year 2025-26. The AGM is scheduled to be held on Friday, 11th September 2026, at 03:00 P.M. through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting will cover ordinary business, including the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, along with the Board's and Auditors' reports. Additionally, a director, Mr. Eswara Rao Nandam, who retires by rotation, will be considered for re-appointment.
