Datiware Maritime Infra: CFO Resigns, Son Appointed Director & New CFO

Datiware Maritime Infra Ltd announced a significant management change following the Board meeting held from August 13-15, 2026. Mr. Nachiket Patil resigned as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective August 15, 2026. This resignation was to facilitate his appointment as a Non-Executive Director in the Promoter category, a move approved by the Board. This appointment follows the unfortunate demise of his father, Late Mr. Ashok Patil. Concurrently, Ms. Sayali Patil has been appointed as the new CFO and Key Managerial Personnel.
