Davangere Sugar Company Ltd has announced its 55th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at 11:00 AM IST at Thogataveera Samudhaya Bhavana, Davangere. The meeting agenda includes the adoption of audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, the re-appointment of a director retiring by rotation, and the appointment of M/s. D G M S & Co. as statutory auditors for five years. Additionally, the AGM will ratify the remuneration of the cost auditor for FY 2026-27 and consider a proposal to increase the authorized share capital from ₹200 Crores to ₹450 Crores.
