Davangere Sugar Issues Corrigendum for AGM Notice on Warrant Issue

Davangere Sugar Company Ltd has issued a corrigendum to the notice of its 55th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The corrigendum clarifies the nature of consideration for the issue of 10,64,11,079 Convertible Equity Warrants to promoters, correcting it from 'consideration other than cash' to 'consideration in cash, to be discharged by way of conversion/adjustment of the outstanding unsecured loans'. The total loan amount is stated as ₹40,11,69,768.24. The corrigendum also includes updated disclosures on the status of allottees and their pre- and post-issue shareholding. This clarification was issued following observations from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited regarding the AGM notice.
