Davangere Sugar Reappoints DGMS & Co. as Statutory Auditor

Davangere Sugar Company Ltd announced the reappointment of M/s. DGMS & Co., Chartered Accountants, as its Statutory Auditor. This decision was recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors during their meeting on August 5, 2026. The reappointment is for a period of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 55th AGM until the conclusion of the 60th AGM, subject to shareholder approval. M/s.
