DB International approves Q4 & FY26 results, appoints CS

DB International Stock Brokers Ltd's Board of Directors, at their meeting on April 21, 2026, approved the audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the fourth quarter and the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Board also approved the appointment of Ms. Uttama as the Company Secretary. Furthermore, the Chief Financial Officer confirmed an unmodified opinion in the Auditor's Report for the approved financial results.
