DCB Bank: RBI Approves Auditor Appointments for FY 2026-27

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has approved the reappointment of M/s Varma & Varma as Joint Statutory Auditors for the third year and the appointment of M/s Deloitte Haskins & Sells as Joint Statutory Auditors for the first year, replacing M/s. B S R & Co. LLP, whose term concludes at the upcoming AGM. The appointments are subject to member approval at the AGM. M/s Varma & Varma has BFSI sector audit experience of more than 50 years. Deloitte Haskins & Sells has been engaged in statutory audits of financial statements of banks and other financial institutions for a number of years.
