DCM Nouvelle Ltd Re-appoints Mr. Vivek Chhachhi and Mr. Kulbir Singh as Non-Executive Independent Directors

DCM Nouvelle Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Vivek Chhachhi and Mr. Kulbir Singh as Non-Executive Independent Directors. Mr. Chhachhi's re-appointment is for a period of five years, from April 01, 2026 to March 31, 2031, subject to the approval of the shareholders. Mr. Singh's re-appointment is from June 22, 2026 to May 11, 2027, also subject to the approval of the shareholders. The re-appointments follow the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and are in compliance with SEBI regulations. Both directors have not been debarred from holding the office of Director by any SEBI Order or any other Authority.
