DCM Nouvelle Ltd to Acquire 26% Stake in AMPIN C&I Power Three Private Limited for Solar Power Supply

DCM Nouvelle Ltd has granted in-principle approval for an initial investment in AMPIN C&I Power Three Private Limited, a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), for the supply of solar power for captive consumption and self-use. The final terms and conditions of the agreement are under process. The acquisition is expected to optimize energy consumption cost for DCM Nouvelle Ltd. The initial investment is Rs. 26,000/- for 2600 equity shares, which is 26% of the proposed paid-up share capital of AMPIN C&I Power Three Private Limited.
