DCM Shriram Ltd has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on May 13, 2026, to consider and approve the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The board will also consider the recommendation of a final dividend for the financial year 2025-26. The trading window is closed from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the results, i.e., up to May 15, 2026.
