Mugi Constructions Pvt Ltd and persons acting in concert (PACs) have acquired 45,94,000 equity shares, representing 5.281% of the paid-up equity share capital of DCM Shriram Industries Ltd. The acquisition was made through open market purchases on the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. The aggregate holding of the acquirers, including Mugi Constructions Pvt. Ltd., Aman Kumar Sonthalia & Sons HUF, and Aditya Vikram Sonthalia, now stands at 5.281%. This disclosure is made as per Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, as their combined holding has crossed the 5% threshold.
