Smt. Urvashi Tilakdhar, a promoter of DCM Shriram Industries Ltd, has disposed of 89,42,642 equity shares, representing 10.28% of the total share capital. The transaction, executed on August 1, 2026, was an off-market inter-se transfer among promoters and immediate relatives. Following the disposal, her direct holding in the company is now zero. The total equity share capital of the company remains unchanged at 86,992,185 shares.
