DCM Shriram Limited Invests Rs. 60 Crores in JSW Renew Energy Thirty Two Limited for 68 MW RE Power Project

DCM Shriram Limited has entered into a Definitive Agreement with JSW Renew Energy Thirty Two Limited to invest up to Rs. 60 crores in one or more Special Purpose Vehicles for setting up a Wind Solar Hybrid renewable power project. This project aims to replace existing coal-based 40 MW power with 68 MW RE Power. The investment is part of the company's strategy to diversify its energy sources and reduce its carbon footprint. The project is expected to be completed by March 2026.
