DCM Shriram Ltd Announces 37th AGM on August 18, 2026

DCM Shriram Ltd has announced its 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 10:30 AM IST via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The agenda includes the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY 2025-26, declaration of a final dividend of ₹4 per equity share, and confirmation of interim dividends paid. The meeting will also address the re-appointment of directors retiring by rotation, Mr. Ajit S. Shriram and Mr. Pradeep Dinodia. Additionally, resolutions will be proposed to ratify the remuneration of cost auditors and appoint Justice (Retd.) Sanjay Kishan Kaul as an Independent Director for a term of five years.
