DCM Shriram Q2 FY27 Revenue Up 22% to ₹3,977 Crore
DCM Shriram reported a 22% year-on-year increase in consolidated net revenue for Q2 FY27, reaching ₹3,977 crore. For the half-year ended September 30, 2026, revenue grew 15% to ₹7,541 crore. The company announced an interim dividend of 200% (₹62.38 crore). While revenue saw strong growth across segments like Chemicals & Vinyl, Sugar & Ethanol, Fenesta, and Fertilizers, PBDIT declined by 22% in Q2 FY27 to ₹319 crore due to higher input costs and lower earnings in Agri inputs. The previous year's quarter also benefited from one-time incentives. Profit After Tax (PAT) for Q2 FY27 was ₹106 crore, down from ₹159 crore in Q2 FY26. H1 FY27 PAT increased to ₹799 crore from ₹273 crore, largely due to a favorable tax adjustment and exceptional gains. Key business highlights include significant revenue growth in Chemicals and Vinyl, and strategic downstream integration with new plant commissions.
