The acquisition was made on February 19, 2026, and includes several parties such as Mrs. Paulomi Jain, Mr. Ashish Jain, Mr. Bakul Jain, Mrs. Durgavati Jain, Mr. Vivek Jain, Mrs. Meeta Jain, Cashco Holdings Private Limited, Mrs. Durga Jain, Sahu Cylinders & Udyog Pvt Ltd, Florida Holdings and Trading Pvt Ltd, Ms. Varsha Jain, Jain Sahu Brothers Properties LLP, and Mr. Romu Malkani.
