DCW Ltd Allots Over 5.37 Crore Shares Post Amalgamation of DTCPL and SBPL

DCW Ltd, a leading company, has allotted 12,80,500 equity shares to the equity shareholders of DTCPL and 5,24,59,860 equity shares to the equity shareholders of SBPL, pursuant to the amalgamation of DTCPL and SBPL into DCW Limited. This allotment has increased the paid-up equity share capital of the Company to Rs. 59,03,10,034, divided into 29,51,55,017 equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each. These equity shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company and are proposed to be listed and traded on BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
