DCW Ltd Dhrangadhra Plant Operations Suspended Due to Flooding

DCW Ltd has temporarily suspended operations at its Dhrangadhra plant in Gujarat due to severe flooding and waterlogging caused by heavy rains since August 1, 2026. The plant, located in Surendra Nagar District, experienced flooding on the ground floor and underground areas. While rainfall has become intermittent, normal operations are expected to resume in approximately 10 to 15 days, contingent on weather and restoration efforts. The company is assessing the financial impact and has confirmed that the facility is covered under Stock and IAR policies. Measures are being taken to ensure the safety of equipment, materials, and personnel. The delay in disclosure was due to weekend holidays.
