DCX Systems Ltd. Signs MoU with Government of Tamil Nadu for Manufacturing Facility in Hosur

DCX Systems Ltd. has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Tamil Nadu (GoTN) through its Nodal Agency ‘Guidance’ at the ‘T N Rising Investment Conclave’ in Hosur, Tamil Nadu. The MoU aims to set up a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for a Joint Venture Company (JVC) with ELTA Systems Ltd, Israel, and its group companies. The JVC will conduct business in the areas of Airborne Maritime Radar System, Fire Control Radar System, and other Radar Systems for Airborne and Land applications under the ‘Make in India’ projects. The Guidance will provide necessary support and facilitation to the JVC, including infrastructural support and regulatory facilitation, to obtain necessary permissions, registrations, approvals, allotments, clearances, and incentives from the relevant government in the State of Tamil Nadu.
