Ddev Plastiks approves Final Dividend of ₹1.25 per share

Ddev Plastiks Industries Ltd announced the approval of a final dividend of ₹1.25 per fully paid equity share (125%) for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. The dividend will be paid within 30 days of declaration, by October 25, 2026, to shareholders recorded as of September 19, 2026. Payments will be made electronically, with a provision for withholding dividends for shareholders whose KYC or bank mandates are not updated until such details are rectified. Applicable taxes will be deducted at source.
