Ddev Plastiks: Trading window closed for Q2 FY27 results

Ddev Plastiks Industries Ltd announced the closure of the trading window for its Promoters, Directors, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives. The closure is effective from October 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026. This action is in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor, and report trading by Insiders, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The date for the Board Meeting to approve these results will be announced later.
