Deccan Cements Ltd. has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on May 29, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The board will also consider a proposal for the recommendation of the Final Dividend for FY 2025-26. The trading window, which was closed on March 23, 2026, will remain closed until May 31, 2026, 48 hours after the declaration of financial results and dividend recommendation.
