Deccan Cements holds 46th AGM via Video Conference

Deccan Cements Ltd conducted its 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 29, 2026, entirely through Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting, chaired by Ms. P. Parvathi, Chairperson and Managing Director, was held in compliance with SEBI regulations. Shareholders had the option of remote e-voting from September 26-28, 2026, with an additional InstaPoll facility available during the AGM for those who did not participate in remote voting.
