
Deccan Gold Mines Makes Progress on Altyn Tor Gold Project in Kyrgyzstan, Aims for 10-Year Mine Life
Deccan Gold Mines Ltd (DGML) has provided an update on its Altyn Tor Gold Project in Kyrgyzstan. The company is making significant progress in construction activities, with critical foundation works for the Ball Mill and base raft for the leach tanks completed. The first tank slab is about to be completed, and the elution building foundations have been started. Waste stripping to expose ore for commissioning of the process plant has also commenced. DGML aims to increase the Mineral Resources for the Project to over 200,000 ounces through a 5000m drilling programme. The objective is to increase the total life of mine to around 10 years, which will bring direct benefits to shareholders, Kyrgyzstan state reserves, and local communities.
