Deccan Polypacks declares Q1 FY27 unaudited results

Deccan Polypacks Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved the financial results and reviewed the Limited Review Report for the period. Additionally, the Board considered and approved the notice of the 42nd Annual General Meeting, Directors' report, and Corporate Governance report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The AGM is scheduled for August 29, 2026. The Secretarial Audit Report was also considered and adopted, with Mr. VBSS Prasad appointed as the scrutinizer for e-voting at the AGM.
