Decipher Labs Appoints Auditors, Independent Director Resigns

Decipher Labs Ltd announced key changes following its Board of Directors meeting on September 5, 2026. The company appointed M/s. Ramanatham & Rao., Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Sushant Mohan Lal was appointed as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27. Concurrently, Mrs. Lakshmi Vijaya Nimmala resigned as Independent Director due to pre-occupation. The board also approved the re-constitution of its committees and announced the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for FY 2025-26 will be held on September 30, 2026, via video conference.
