Decipher Labs Ltd to Appoint Mr. Dalavath Amar Singh as Director and Whole-Time Director

Decipher Labs Ltd has called for an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 12th February 2026 to appoint Mr. Dalavath Amar Singh as a Director and Whole-Time Director. The EGM will be held through Video Conference / Other Audio-Visual Means (VC/OAVM) facility. The cut-off date for e-voting is 5th February 2026. Mr. Singh was appointed as an Additional Director (Category: Executive Director) on 13th November 2025 and his appointment as a Director is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the EGM.
