Deco Mica Appoints M/s. Nimesh M. Shah as Internal Auditor

Deco Mica Ltd has appointed M/s. Nimesh M. Shah & Co., Practicing Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2026-27. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors on May 29, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, in accordance with Section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013 and related rules. Nimesh M. Shah has 25 years of experience in Income Tax, Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, Bank Statutory Audit, NBFC Compliance, and RERA Act Compliance.
