Dee Development Engineers Allots 59.76 Lakh Shares for ₹300 Cr

Dee Development Engineers Limited has announced the allotment of 59,76,096 equity shares at a price of ₹502 per share, including a premium of ₹492. This preferential allotment on a private placement basis raised an aggregate of ₹300,00,00,192. The allotment was approved by the Fund-Raising Committee on July 08, 2026. This issuance will increase the company's paid-up equity share capital from ₹69,26,33,420 to ₹75,23,94,380. The newly allotted shares rank pari passu with existing equity shares.
