Dee Development Engineers Ltd to Invest $24 Million in Wholly Owned Subsidiary DEE Piping Systems (Thailand) Co. Limited

Dee Development Engineers Ltd, a Haryana-based engineering company, has announced a further investment of $24,00,000 in its wholly owned subsidiary, DEE Piping Systems (Thailand) Co. Limited (DEE Thai). The investment will be used by DEE Thai to repay its debt. DEE Thai, incorporated in 2014, is engaged in the business of fabrication of pipe spool and other components for assembling industrial piping systems used in various industries. The company's turnover for the last three financial years is as follows: 2023-2024 - INR 8,239.01 Lacs, 2022-2023 - INR 6,410.78 Lacs, and 2021-2022 - Not Available. The investment will increase the Company's equity shareholding in DEE Thai to 32.75% of the existing paid-up equity share capital.
