Deepak Fertilisers Appoints President – Human Resources

Deepak Fertilisers & Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd has appointed Dr. Naresh Kumar Puritipati as the new President – Human Resources, effective July 2, 2026. This appointment leads to Mr. Naresh Pinisetti ceasing his interim additional responsibility for the HR function, while he continues as President – Corporate Governance. Dr. Puritipati brings over twenty-five years of experience in HR strategy, organizational transformation, and leadership development from multinational and Indian companies, most recently serving as Group HR Director at Lactalis India.
