Deepak Spinners Ltd. Closes Trading Window for Insiders Until 48 Hours After Annual Audited Financial Results for FY2025-26

Deepak Spinners Ltd. has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in the listed shares of the company by insiders and their relatives. The closure will be in effect from 1st April 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the Annual Audited Financial Results for the year ended on 31st March 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration of the Annual Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course. This action is in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the company.
