Delphi World Money Ltd Consolidates Ebix Group’s Interests in Travel and Hospitality Sector

Delphi World Money Ltd, formerly known as Ebixcash World Money India Limited, has approved the consolidation of all Ebix Group’s interests in the travel and hospitality sector under the company. This strategic realignment aims to enhance customer engagement, unlock new revenue streams, and strengthen long-term growth prospects by integrating hospitality offerings into the company’s service ecosystem. The company also plans to raise funds up to Rs. 200 Crores and has approved the appointment of necessary intermediaries for the purpose. The 40th Annual Report and Annual General Meeting of the company is scheduled for August 1, 2025.
