Delphi World Money Re-appoints Hariprasad Panichikkil as Whole-time Director

Delphi World Money Limited announced the re-appointment of Mr. Hariprasad Meenoth Panichikkil as Whole-time Director for a further period of five years, effective February 11, 2027, through February 10, 2032. This re-appointment, approved by the Board of Directors upon the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company also approved the Directors' Report and the draft Notice for the 41st AGM, scheduled for September 30, 2026. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 23 to September 30, 2026, for the AGM. Mr. Rahul Khadriya has been appointed as the scrutinizer for the AGM.
