Delphi World Money: Re-appoints Whole-Time Director, Sets AGM Date

Delphi World Money Limited announced outcomes of its Board Meeting held on August 31, 2026. The Board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Hariprasad Meenoth Panichikkil as Whole-Time Director for five years from February 11, 2027, without remuneration, subject to member approval. The Directors Report and draft Notice for the 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) were also approved. The AGM is scheduled for September 30, 2026, via video conferencing. The register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 23 to September 30, 2026, for the AGM. Mr. Rahul Khadriya was appointed as the scrutinizer for the AGM.
