Delta Corp Board Approves Un-audited Results, Sets Dividend Record Date

Delta Corp Ltd announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved these results and also fixed August 17, 2026, as the record date for ascertaining entitlement to the Final Dividend. The company had previously recommended a Final Dividend of ₹0.50 per share, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The 35th AGM is scheduled for September 10, 2026, to be held via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The financial results were reviewed by Walker Chandiok & Co LLP.
