Delta Corp GST Demand Reduced by ₹8.12 Crore

Delta Corp Limited and its subsidiaries (Highstreet Cruises and Entertainment Private Limited and Delta Pleasure Cruise Company Private Limited) have received rectification orders from the Additional Commissioner, Central GST, Goa. These orders, dated October 28, 2026, rectify earlier orders from September 25, 2026, concerning differential GST demand on mixed supplies (casino-entry packages) for July 2017 to March 2022. The rectification reduces the aggregate differential GST demand by approximately ₹8.12 Crore, with the demand now to be computed on a cum-tax basis. The company and its subsidiaries are evaluating these orders and may consider further legal steps, including appeals.
