Delta Corp Sets Aug 17 Record Date for Final Dividend

Delta Corp Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 11, 2026, has fixed August 17, 2026, as the record date for determining entitlement to the payment of a final dividend. The company also approved the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The proposed final dividend of ₹0.50 per share, recommended by the Board on April 22, 2026, is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The 35th AGM is scheduled for September 10, 2026, to be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
