Delta Industrial Resources Appoints Bhatter & Associates as Statutory Auditors

Delta Industrial Resources Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s. Bhatter & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as its new statutory auditors. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors on September 4th, 2026, following a recommendation from the Audit Committee. The appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) until the conclusion of the 46th AGM, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 41st AGM. Bhatter & Associates brings 15 years of experience in various financial consultancy services.
