Delta Manufacturing Ltd. announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on 12th February, 2026. The Board approved the un-audited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025. The Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the Company will be convened on 25th March, 2026 through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) for approval of material related party transactions. The meeting was conducted in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
