Delton Cables: Recommends ₹2 Final Dividend for FY26

Delton Cables Ltd's board approved the audited financial results for FY26 and recommended a final dividend of ₹2 (20%) per equity share. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Abhishek Poddar as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term and re-appointed M/s S.R. Dinodia and Co. LLP, as the Internal Auditors and M/s MM & Associates as Cost Auditors for FY27. Additionally, revisions in remuneration for Mrs. Shriya Gupta and Ms. Isha Gupta were approved, subject to shareholder approval. The company also approved a change in accounting policy for land measurement.
