Denis Chem Lab Ltd announced the reappointment of Dr. Himanshu C. Patel as Managing Director for a period of three years, effective August 1, 2026. This decision, made by the Board of Directors based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation, is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 45th AGM. Dr. Patel, an industrialist with over four decades of experience in the medical and pharmaceuticals field, holds 2,048,137 equity shares in the company. The company also affirmed that Dr. Patel is not debarred from holding a director's office by any SEBI order.
