Denta Water and Infra Solutions Ltd Secures New Orders Worth Rs. 1830.06 Million and Declares Dividend

Denta Water and Infra Solutions Ltd, formerly known as Denta Properties and Infrastructure Private Limited, has announced that it has bagged new orders to execute 7 projects as on date amounting to Rs. 1830.06 Millions. The company has also declared a final dividend of Rs 2.50/- (Two Rupees Fifty Paisa) per share for the year ended 31.03.2025, subject to approval by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting(AGM). The Board has also recommended the re-appointment of Mr. Manish Jayasheel Shetty as Managing Director for a further term of Three years commencing from the date of ensuing AGM.
