Denta Water and Infra Solutions Secures Rs. 331.89 Million Subcontract for Sewerage System Construction

Denta Water and Infra Solutions Ltd, formerly known as Denta Properties And Infrastructure Private Limited, has announced the receipt of a new subcontract order worth Rs. 331.89 Million. The subcontract is for the construction and upgradation of the sewerage system in Kunigal town under the National Green Tribunal Environment Compensation Fund and SBM (U) 2.0 in Design — Build- Operate- Transfer Model. The subcontract was awarded by B N Chandrashekhar in JV with Suresh S Kanaji. The project is domestic and has a time period of 12 months plus operation and maintenance as per government department work order or extendable as per mutual understanding. As of September 02, 2025, the company has a total of 22 ongoing projects, including this new one, with an outstanding order book of Rs. 7,481.02 million.
